Since December 2010, EKONID has been running an HR
network for Human Resource personnel among EKONID
members and non-members. Dubbed the Human Capital Club
(HCC), the HCC is formed by a number of HR senior specialists
of our member companies and meets every two months in
order to discuss current HR related issues.
This working group is facilitated by EKONID with input
from specialized guest speakers and round-table discussions
of current and future HR topics
The six HCC events held in 2017, as well as the topics and
guest speaker invited, attracted many interested participants:
1. “Developing Leadership Posture for Future Talents” on
February 16, which was led by Ms. Cynthia Wihardja, Firm
Owner & Executive Coach, ActionCOACH South Jakarta.
2. “Strategies for Retaining Employees” on April 25, which
was led by Mrs. Anggrita Utomo. She has worked for 8 years
at Bank Danamon as an Employee Relation Manager and
currently works at Goethe Institute as a Sachbearbeiterin
Personal.
“Managing human resources is an ever evolving
skill what with new regulations and new
technologies presenting new challenges. The HCC
allows our participants to not only learn from the
best, but also from each other.”

3. “Knowing and Protecting your Organization Intellectual
Property Rights” on June 14 which was led by Mr. Aga
Nugraha S.H., LL,M. He is an Advocate & Intellectual
Property Lawyer from Lubis Santosa & Maramis Law Firm.
4. “Sosialisasi Layanan Online Imigrasi untuk Tenaga Kerja
Asing (TKA)” on August 8 which was led by Mr. Tessar
Bayu Setyaji from the Indonesian Directorate General for
Immigrations.
5. “Individual Taxation for Expatriates in Indonesia” on
September 19, which was led by Mrs. Irma Sari Batubara,.
She is the Director of Tax Custom from GNV Consulting
Service.
6. “HR Role in a Disruptive World” on November 14, which
was led by Mrs. Anggrita Utomo.
In the coming year, as a shared mandate in building a
platform for trainings and seminars via EKONID, the HCC will
continue to provide relevant topics and guest speakers to
assist our member and non-member companies to stay abreast
of the latest issues in regards to HR.
