EKONID
ANNUAL REPORT
2012
30
Initiated in December 2010, the program was attended
by a total of 92 participants in 2012 alone.
Due to an increase in the amount of inquiries from our
members regarding Human Resources (HR) issues,
EKONID realized the importance of communication
among HR personnel to share their experience in
dealing with manpower related issues. Starting in
December 2010, EKONID established an HR network for
communication between Human Resource personnel
for EKONID members and non-members, called the
Human Capital Club (HCC). Every two months EKONID
invites to discuss about a current topic.
In 2012 one of the highlight events dealt with the
topic ‘Outsourcing’ with the guest speaker Ms. Betty
Siahaan informing about permanent (PKWTT) and
non-permanent (PKWT) outsourcing possibilities. The
participants learnt about requirements companies have
to meet when employing outsourced staff.
Another HCC presented by Mr. Indra Budiman with the
topic ‘From cross Culture Training to Corporate Culture
Tranformation’ gave input for companies with staff of
different cultural background and how a company can
benefit of the influence of different cultures to achieve
the company’s goals.
